Our reservations become available online 28 days (4 weeks) in advance. If reservations are unavailable it is because they are already fully booked or we may be closed for a private function or holiday. We do reserve space for last minute reservations and walk-in guests so please call us if this applies to you.

If a reservation is unavailable, the system may present dates and times in the future that match what you are looking for. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE DATE AND TIME DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS. Upon the completion of the online booking process you should receive an email from RESY with the date, time and party size of your reservation. If you do not receive any notification; it is possible that your reservation did not get made properly. Try again or give us a call.

For large party reservations of 7 guests or more, please contact us directly via phone, text or email.

Please note that we are a BYOB restaurant and therefore we are not afforded the opportunity to sell alcohol AKA make more money. Because of this we aim to seat all of our tables as many times as we can in any given night. It is our goal to provide a great experience that doesn’t feel rushed. Typically we err on the side of pacing tables so there is extra time between seatings. With that being said, please be mindful that if you have secured a reservation at 7:30pm or earlier there is most likely another reservation to be seated at your table later in the evening.

Parties of 1-2 are booked for 1.5 hours
Parties of 3-4 are booked for 2 hours
Parties of 5-8 are booked for 2.5 hours
Parties of 10+ are booked for 3 hours

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Turtle + the Wolf requires a credit card number as a guarantee for the reservation; the information is retained in order to confirm the booking and no cost will be charged for it. However, Turtle + the Wolf reserves the right to charge a penalty of $25 (twenty five
dollars) for each cover booked in the event of a no-show by the customer: this penalty is charged in the event that, after booking and receiving an email or text message to confirm that the reservation has been made, the customers should not show up (no-show) and have not canceled the reservation no later than 1 hour before it.

This contract is considered in operation from the moment the booking is confirmed by us by e-mail. Otherwise it lapses. In the event of a subsequent modification of the reservation, reference is made to the date of the last modification and the contract is deemed tacitly renewed under the same conditions.

Please note that Turtle + the Wolf, in accordance with applicable laws, applies a delay policy with a wait of 15:00 minutes; in case of longer delay Turtle + the Wolf may not be able to guarantee the reservation and is liable to the no-show policy as stated above.
